Membership requirements

We only refer our homeowners to fully licensed, compliance-first institutions.

  • Active NMLS registration in good standing (institution or individual MLO)
  • Authorized to lend in California (CA DFPI, CA DRE, or federally chartered)
  • At least one ADU-eligible loan product (HELOC, reno, construction-to-perm, or CalHFA-aligned)
  • Documented fair-lending and TILA-RESPA compliance program
  • Written privacy policy aligned with GLBA and CCPA
  • Willing to participate in our secure borrower-handoff and consent workflow
