   We check your license is active, confirm insurance, and review past ADU or residential work.

   Choose your membership tier and service area. Your profile goes live.

   Review the homeowner’s 3D design, submit a quote through the platform, build, and earn reviews.

Membership requirements

Our homeowners are committing to $150K–$400K projects. We only route them to contractors who clear a real verification bar.

• Active California CSLB license (B General, B-2, or applicable C-class)
• General liability insurance of at least $1M per occurrence
• Workers’ comp coverage if you have employees
• At least 2 completed residential projects in the last 24 months
• No unresolved license complaints or judgments in the last 36 months
• Willing to submit fixed-price line-item quotes through the platform
