Assigned ADU projects carry a tiered referral fee from 6% down to 4% as the project value grows. No close, no referral fee.
The appointment dollars you already paid are credited against the referral fee — you only pay the difference at closing.

Referral fees apply only to ADU construction projects we assign to a contractor and that close. Leads a contractor generates from their own Live Designer carry no referral fee. Appointment fees are non-refundable but are credited dollar-for-dollar against referral fees owed on assigned projects.
